What we could not see alone

Two founders. Fewer blind spots.

The best code review I ever had did not come from a PR. It came from a conversation with my partner.

Aleksander and I do not have the same reflexes. On some topics, he sees the risk first. On others, I do.

It is not a division of roles written down anywhere. It is a complementarity that settled in as we built.

And in practice, it changes a lot. When one of us moves forward, the other is not there to rubber-stamp it. He is there to ask the question that avoids the costly mistake.

Why did you design it this way? What breaks if the context changes? Are we solving the real problem, or just the current version of it?

That kind of perspective is worth more than a quick approval. Because it is not trying to approve fast. It is trying to make the product more robust.

Complementarity is not doing what the other cannot do. It is seeing what the other, alone, could not see.

And in a tech company, that prevents as many bad decisions as bad bugs.
